Spring/Summer Care: Removing spent blossoms may improve rebloom. Once flowering has stopped, you can cut the foliage back by half to encourage new foliage growth for late summer and autumn (but this isn't neccssary).

Autumn/Winter Care: Mow off any dead foliage in winter.

Fertilizer Needs: You can fertilize using any balanced product monthly from when it breaks dormancy until early Autumn. You could also apply a readily available nitrogen product in spring and then a slow-release product after flowering is done.
